LEEDSflix International Film & Screenplay Festival
We are a REAL film festival with a REAL screening of ALL our WINNING films.
Based within a stroll of Louis Le Princeโs famous Roundhay Garden Scene in Leeds, England (the first film ever shot) and run by an award-winning screenwriter/producer and a pioneering University Film Lecturer, LEEDSflix honours Le Princeโs achievements by celebrating the best in new short filmmaking and screenwriting.
LEEDSflix is run via FilmFreeway and recognises work from experienced filmmakers, local Leeds and Yorkshire based creatives and student films produced by those studying in the city and beyond. Categories include narrative short films, documentaries and short screenplays.
The winning short films from the competition are showcased at LEEDSflix Short Film Events โ which take place quarterly.
